Nathalie Mortley

With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Nathalie Mortley brings a strong blend of clinical expertise and customer service to her role at Foot and Ankle Texas. Her background includes work in medical records coordination, customer service, medical assistance, and clinical technology—making her a well-rounded and invaluable part of the team.

Nathalie plays a direct role in patient care by assisting with examinations, coordinating referrals and authorizations, managing office operations, and offering much-needed emotional support. She’s passionate about educating patients on their conditions and finds great personal satisfaction in helping others feel better and more informed.

She holds certifications as a Podiatry Tech, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Medical Assistant, and is currently expanding her skills by pursuing a degree in Business Management—further sharpening her leadership and office management abilities.

Outside the clinic, Nathalie loves to travel and enjoys chatting with patients about the places she’s visited and the destinations on her bucket list. She’s grateful for the guidance and support she’s received from her boss and feels fortunate to do work that she truly enjoys every day.
