Dr. Carlton Cranford

Dr. Cranford is a board-certified foot and ankle specialist who trained at Barry University School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. He later completed his internship/residency at the prestigious Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. Ranked among the top training facilities in the country, where he had the opportunity to train under expert podiatrists and foot and ankle orthopedic surgeons.

Dr. Cranford’s commitment to providing the best care is unwavering. With over 10 years of experience in a private orthopedic practice, he has and continues to serve on numerous committees, including the trauma team, and is a published author and lecturer in his field. His return to the Texoma area from Florida, where he served as the Chief of Surgical Specialty and Chief of Podiatry for MCR Health, is a testament to his dedication. He prides himself on continuing education, board certifications, and product development to ensure that patients of all ages receive the best and most up-to-date care.

Dr. Cranford is one of four brothers and is an identical triplet. He was raised on the Gulf Coast near New Orleans and enjoys participating in historic traditions and culture in the area. He and his brothers are long-standing members of the Krewe of Thoth and ride in Mardi Gras parades annually.

Dr. Cranford, a family man, lives in McKinney with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys deep sea fishing, traveling, and cooking, which are not just hobbies but also a reflection of his adventurous spirit and love for exploration.
