Sydney has been working in the medical field for the past four years, bringing a strong background in both administrative work and patient care. As a Patient Service Coordinator, she plays a key role in scheduling surgeries, handling insurance authorizations, coordinating referrals, and making sure every patient has a smooth experience from start to finish.

Known for her organization, professionalism, and warm personality, Sydney loves getting to know new people and helping them through every step of their visit. Whether she's answering phones, managing schedules, or supporting her teammates, she brings a positive and timely approach to everything she does.
